How We Started

Wealth Bridge Facilitation Limited was incorporated in Lusaka, Zambia on 21 May 2026. The company was founded by Nanda Njamba, who spent years working in investor relations and investment management with Africa Invest Malawi Limited between 2007 and 2010.

During that time, Nanda worked directly with investors: managing engagement, communicating portfolio developments, and facilitating the kind of transparent, trust-based relationships that make investment work. What she observed was consistent: even experienced investors and capable entrepreneurs struggled to navigate unfamiliar business environments without the right local partner by their side.

She founded Wealth Bridge Facilitation to be that partner for Zambia. A company built not on transactions, but on trust. Not on shortcuts, but on doing things properly. Not on promises, but on consistent, professional delivery.

The name says it all: Wealth Bridge Facilitation connects the people who have ideas, capital, and ambition with the processes, partners, and opportunities that allow those things to grow into something real.

That same idea lives in the company’s logo: a gold key and bridge concept that brings the name to life visually. The key stands for access and opportunity. The bridge stands for the connection between where a client is today and where they want to be. The gold speaks to the value that flows when the right people find the right opportunities. Together they represent exactly what Wealth Bridge Facilitation was built to do.

Where We Are Going

Our vision is to become the leading business facilitation company in Zambia and the wider region: the name investors, entrepreneurs, and businesses think of first when they want to move forward in Zambia with credibility and confidence. We also carry a larger vision: as Wealth Bridge Facilitation grows, we intend to give back in ways that matter. We are building plans to support education, mentorship, and economic empowerment for Zambia's young people, particularly those from orphaned and disadvantaged backgrounds. We believe that a company that connects opportunity for its clients should also work to create opportunity for those who need it most.

Wealth Bridge Facilitation Limited was incorporated on 21 May 2026. While we are a young company, our founders bring combined experience in investor relations, investment management, operations, and business development that spans more than a decade.

Is Wealth Bridge Facilitation a registered company?

Yes. We are fully registered in Zambia as a Private Company Limited by Shares under the Companies Act, 2017. We are registered with PACRA (Registration No. 120261047046) and with the Zambia Revenue Authority (TPIN: 2004558153).

Where are you based, and do you work with international clients?

We are headquartered in Lusaka, Zambia, and we serve both local and international clients. We regularly work with investors, entrepreneurs, and business partners based outside Zambia, including Europe, the diaspora community, and across the African continent.
